3.1 Age Requirement. 3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active day77 account at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.5 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from the day77 Platform are not permitted to register a new account for the duration of their self-exclusion period.

Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
4.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of day77 services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. day77 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity and process financial transactions. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). day77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your membership. Verification documents may include a government-issued national identity card (KTP), a valid Indonesian passport, proof of address, or documentation evidencing ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by day77 may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals or, in some cases, account suspension.
4.4 Account Approval. day77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee approval, and day77 may, at its sole discretion, reject applications that do not satisfy its internal verification standards.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your day77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
5.2 You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. day77 cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
5.3 You must notify day77's customer support team immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, any breach of your account security, or any loss or theft of your login credentials.
5.4 day77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Indonesian mobile number for an additional layer of account protection. Where 2FA is available, you are strongly encouraged to activate it.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. day77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for bank transfer transactions and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change; current minimums are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via e-wallet are typically credited to your day77 account balance within five minutes of a confirmed transfer. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt, which may take up to 30 minutes during normal banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 WIB). Deposits initiated outside banking hours may be processed on the next business day.
6.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. day77 does not accept deposits from funds that originate from criminal activity, fraud, or any unlawful source. day77 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited funds and to freeze or return deposits that it suspects to be of unlawful origin.
6.5 Deposit Fees. day77 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. day77 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
Note on Payment Ownership: The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your day77 account. Deposits from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted and will be returned to their source.
7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed the required KYC verification, whose account is in good standing, and who hold a real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
7.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's acceptance. day77 supports withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja accounts registered in your name.
7.4 Processing Time. E-wallet withdrawals are processed within five minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two hours during business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–22:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the commencement of the next operating window.
7.5 Withdrawal Verification. day77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large withdrawal amounts, or where account activity has triggered an internal risk review. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. day77 will notify the affected Member via their registered contact details.
7.6 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 8. Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully met.

8.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free bet credits expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
8.6 day77's Right to Withdraw Offers. day77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that the rights of Members who have already validly claimed a promotion in good faith are not materially affected.
9.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on day77 are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. Odds are quoted in decimal format by default and are subject to change up until the point at which a bet is confirmed. Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error on the part of day77 may be voided at day77's discretion.
9.2 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets combine multiple individual match selections into a single wager. All selections must be correct for the bet to pay out. The voiding of one selection within a mix parlay bet reduces the accumulator to the remaining legs at adjusted odds, per standard accumulator rules.
9.3 Live In-Play Betting. In-play betting markets are available for selected events. Odds on in-play markets are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during an event. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. day77 is not liable for any technical delays between a live event and the display of in-play odds on the Platform.
9.4 Casino & Slot Games. All casino table games and slot titles available on day77 use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and are final. day77 does not influence individual game outcomes.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 14.2 day77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. day77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Platform or its content.
14.3 day77 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from: unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security; reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform; or interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond day77's reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failure, or third-party payment provider outages.
14.4 In any event, the total aggregate liability of day77 to any Member shall not exceed the value of the real-money funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.
15.1 Termination by You. You may close your day77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, provided all KYC requirements have been fulfilled.
15.2 Termination by day77. day77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification; or any conduct that day77 determines to be harmful to the Platform, its Members, or its operations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction under which day77 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through day77's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.

Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address or mobile number on record at least seven days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where changes are required urgently for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
